1966 is the year this came out. I'm amazed they were allowed to do this, he looks identical to G.A. Bucky

That's because Jack Kirby drew it. ALL of his characters looked alike. I'm reading some old Avengers issues he drew, and all of the young boys look alike - it's pretty funny.
