CAF Gallery - # of impressions?

This may only pertain to the Premium members of ComicArtFans.com. This morning I checked out my # of impressions and the count was 61471!!! 893whatthe.gif893whatthe.gif893whatthe.gif

 

This blows my mind...that so many people have hit my gallery pics.

 

So what's your count?

Steve, you have to be a Premium memeber of Bill's website. With the membership you have a "DASHBOARD" tab at the top of your gallery page. This Dashboard have 6 different elements:

 

- Elements to Display

1. Art Fans Stats

2. Personal Stats <<<< this gives you your Gallery impressions

3. Favorites

4. CAF For Sale

5. News

6. Hot Auctions

I've got the cheapo free account, so I don't get an official count, but with some of my pics having less than 15 looks, I get the impression no one likes my collection tonofbricks.gif

Thats creepy, I look at Harts CAF and the first guy on the list has my name and i'm like what. Some artist. Freaked me out for a second.

Actually the other Anthony Carpenter is an artist friend of mine...very talented guy to boot. His commissions are out of this world! Just look at his folder in my gallery. smile.gif

None of my pieces have ever made the Top Views This Day or Week lists. Even when I posted something popular with mass appeal like my Ditko Spidey #31 pages, some $50 commission sketches beat them out. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! blush.gif

I really like the feature, and a nice little topic Hart.

 

Vertigo and similar stuff doesn't have the same mass appeal as the main spandex crowd, plus mine isn't the greatest gallery of pieces, so I wiegh in at 16660 as of now.

 

Most viewed piece is on of my V pages at around 641.

Seriously, it's tough to make the top 5 unless the art is either:

A. By Adam Hughes

B. Creepy fanboy porn

C. Refreshed over and over by a desperate owner who REALLY wants that top spot

31,785 Impressions - I've had one make the top spot - Adam Hughes Sketch

and about 5 make it into the top 5 with one making it to #2 - Ed Benes Ms. Marvel Pinup.

 

I think people tend to click on stuff they haven't seen like sketches, while famous pages don't seem to impress as much as you think.

I have been on the CAF for about 2 years or less.....

 

The top views are mostly ones with women on them, but the top comments are the better pieces 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

I haven't posted anything in months. I am going to scan a buch of new stuff soon so I can post them.
