Part of the reason why the GA list seems large is the reserves these people put on their books. It's unbelievable and somewhat discouraging to me. I've tracked a couple of these "last chance bargains" from day one. And I can tell you many of them received hefty bids that weren't good enough for their sellers, but seemed pretty aggressive to me. As far as I can see, no bargains in that bin. Heck, if you're truly not interested in selling a book, why bother?
