At first glance looks like a nice 9.2, perhaps even 9.4, but once you start scrutinizing the book you find issues.

 

You can see the brown spot on the back cover. Have no idea what that is. Looks like chocolate syrup.

 

There's a wavyness under the CCA stamp. You can see this much more clearly on the back cover.

 

The upper staple has a small patch of discoloration. Possibly very light rust.

 

A shame really as this book presents spectacularly in mylar.

Yeesh, that's a super tough one. I'd guess somewhere around Fine, but not really sure. Does the waviness on the right go through the whole book?

Yeah

However, the wavyness is much less pronounced on the interior pages. The covers seem to have taken the brunt of whatever caused that to happen.

Yeah, much too symmetrical to be a drop of syrup. However, what it is I can't say
