Now that I've actually opened the comic it looks to be a giveaway reprint by National Book Stores for a Filipino and US audience. No ads inside. Just the PS and BO stories. There is an ad on the inside front and back covers for National Book Stores comics (reprints of Classics Illustrated in appears)...
