Dude! I saw this guy up in Ohio. He was coming into my Recruiting Battalion for a tattoo review, we kicked him out and didn't allow him to enlist due to that very tattoo.

See, I thought as long as the tattoo was completely covered by one's PT gear (shorts, t-shirt, socks), it was ok?
