it really depends on the companies HR department. usually not more than 3 days, but if the HR department is slow, it can take some time for them to even start it and then follow up on it... which is even more frustrating when you know there is nothing bad on it...

i am in health insurance, just a corporate peon. was in a low level management position but got busted down telling a rep to get back to their f'n desk a few years ago. killed any type of upward movement in my present company.
