OK, Steve, I've got one for you and the gang....I'm going to be bottling my Czech Pilsner this weekend and want to start a new batch of homebrew over Christmas break, but I'm having a hard time deciding what to brew. (shrug)

So here's the link to the Northern Brewer store...I'd love some suggestions!

I am considering either the Honey Kolsch or Jamil's Evil Twin, but there are so many to choose from! (this will be my fourth brew, so nothing too complicated, please!) (thumbs u

I was also considering the Peach Wheat. I don't want to get one that's more than $50 (and the evil twin is pushing it) and I don't like cherry flavor (if that helps narrow things down). ;)

Well, a member of my club made some pumpkin-spice moonshine.... (thumbs u

I considered making a pumpkin beer, but I'm not sure if it would really be that good during Florida spring weather... :P (though I do like pumpkin beer)
