Where are you based, Chris? You're not near any flood areas, are you?

 

Live in Reading work in Henley.

 

I have to change at Twyford. Didcot through to Paddington has been heavily affected.

 

I had to get picked up by colleague this morning, checked National Rail and every train just said "Cancelled" next to it.

Bloody hell.

 

Wasn't Henley, like nearby Marlow, heavily affected by the Thames flooding? Me and the family occasionally go to that neck of the woods for a brief holiday break. From the aerial pictures, both towns seem to be having problems.

 

Have to say, I always assumed this would happen at some point. :(
