I combined these two posts, took into account your randomness, and thought that this could've been a reference to a popular 70s police show featuring a certain, bald actor. I hadn't heard of the actual product before, so it's an easy mistake to make.

The shampoo was a random memory. High octane drama I culled from an advert on the telly....somewhat randomly lol
