In short my whole point (kind of in code) is that it is up to everyone to take an active role in their own healthcare

 

Where I work, we have an HSA policy, high deductible. It is incredible and I love it, because I am responsible up to a point, I take far more care of when and to who I see. I shop around for prescriptions and use before tax money.

i am extremely tired today, i didn't sleep at all last night because i kept waking up with my heart beating out of my chest (though i was going to go into afib), having panic attacks and i kept shaking as well. it's the wonderful rx i take to sleep at night. it happens once every month or every other month. so i attempted a bit of humor with the snl theme this morning but i'm having a hard time focusing on teh funny. probably just post a bit today and try to focus enough to write some more.

I'm having an extremely difficult time staying awake or focusing on work right now myself. Think I accidentally took Niquil instead of Day-Quil on the way out the door this morning. Guess that's what I get for taking it in the dark.
