Nice clean cover,small piece missing from the front and rear cover,1 1/4 spine split at the bottom other wise the spine is good.

GA books are tough for me to grade. I would think a 4.0 tops and maybe down to a 3.0. But, again, GA books are much harder for me to get a handle on.

I'm thinking you're looking at a G/VG to VG- tops with the piece missing and the back cover.

 

I'd say solid VG+ if the chip wasn't missing just to the nice way the front cover presents. The back cover definately is not as nice as the cover except the chip.
