House of Secrets #92

I have a box of my comics that I put away for almost 30 years. Decided to look at them again. For the heck of it I looked at Ebay since im a member. What a shock . These comics are worth something. I have a cherished House of Secrets #92 from when I bought it in 1971. Should I get it graded and sell it? Or hold on to it for the future. I know nothing about grading. Just bought an overstreet. Thank you.

Lone Ranger from 1938, but its a hard cover. Mads from the 60s and 70s. Creepys and Erries. Mickey Mouse 1960s. Fantastic Four, Action Superman, the Avengers, I read a lot. Lots of horror and Sci. Fi.
