Where can I find a general criteria for how comics are graded 1-10?

I'm looking for a list or something that will tell me "a comic graded as 8.5 has this type of flaws", "a comic graded at 9.0 will look like this", etc, etc. I have a few 1960's comics that I am interested in grading, but I'm not paying $20 for a comic that grades out as a 5.5 and is only worth $30. However I just can't seem to find a good criteria for what condition translates into what grade.

This is a link to the Overstreet Grading Guide, second edition. Don't buy the third edition as it is a piece of garbage.
