I think I can help you Heritage will have one soon that I believe is 9.8 SS signed By joe Simon. I do mean the current series. Though I am pretty sure you already know this he is the co creator of Captain America.

Well, there are 9 copies in 9.8 on the census. So you shouldn't have a problem finding one. It will just depend on who you want as the signee.
