Love the Marvel monsters.. LLC is slightly rounded/dented, and there's some tanning to the edges.. otherwise quite nice. Should I be deducting much for the tanning

Very slight rounding/chipping of the spine corners is the only thing that worries me about 9.0 on this nice book. Is there a tiny chip missing top of spine (see back cover)?

Nice book...8.5 due to the bottom l FC (look at the black line along spine...at the bottom it looks like a tear, also top left FC looks like a small tear/split as well...

I have and have seen books similar to yours with tanning achieve this grade. Without the tanning you would have a solid NM-

Thanks folks. I guess the otherwise fine folks at Superworld were a tad optimistic when calling this a NM/NM+ Take away the tanning and the small defects mentioned, and it does have NM eye appeal though..
