Water stain on the back cover with some general wear makes me think you're looking at about 6.0 at the highest

Very nice looking, but the water stain hurts. I would agree that 6.0 sounds right with that defect.

Fine would be about the best it could go with the water damage to me, but I've seen CGC 7.0s with worse than that on the back cover.

Top damage with the overall dirt on both the front and back covers, spine ticks and the water damage this is a 5.0 to me.

I have always loved that cover!

I am just learning too. I would say it was a 5.5.
