Looks like another 9.0 candidate. I'd probably hold off submitting this copy. There's probably only 11 submitted for a reason and if all 11 copies are higher then 9.0 it isn't worth submitting if you're looking to flip the book. But if you really love the cover and don't plan on selling it but want a nice case to display it in then you may want to submit, but I'd only do it if I was submitting a total of 10 moderns.
