I'm guessing an 8.0 due to the top right corner crease and some spine dings. Nice colors still.

Some rounding on the corners and enough color breaking spine ticks to warrant about an 8.5

There is also a color-breaking dent right on the back on Spidey's head.

 

I've had this one for a while. Bought it a flea market in Rochester for $5. There are some other dents the scanner doesn't pick up.

That John Romita could really draw a nice Spidey. I think he is my favorite artist of the Spider-man comics.
