That's a great cover Timely! Cap wouldn't have anything to do if it wasn't for rescuing Bucky all the time. I checked out the Have a Cigar thread. It's great but I think there is room for a thread of just Golden Age covers here in the (seldom posted to) Golden Age room. I've always been a big fan of Lou Fine and I think this is one of his best:

Here is an attachment scan of Jon Juan #1 8.0 with OW to White pages! Overstreet lists it as "scarce" and we all know it's the cover-to-cover Schomburg issue! He Fights! He Loves! He Dares!

I rarely buy funny books anymore, but was able to cherrypick this raw patriotic cover from the Lost Valley during dealer set up at San Diego 2 weeks ago.

That is a great cover from Master Comics. Another great cover is Master #48.

I read about the lost Valley books...but havent heard afollowup on their quality etc. Did they sell well in SD? Or were they overpriced or overgraded?
