Hard to tell. Maybe some slightly larger scans?

What's going on around that upper staple? I see vertical lines.

 

The spine crease just below that is nasty.

The area around the staples appear to be vertical production digs. I'll try to provide close-ups. I'm having trouble assigning an accurrate grade because of that nasty spine ding.
