Hate to crosspost, but I really need help grading a high grade Golden Age book!

So I put this in the Golden Age forum, forgetting that most of you probably look in here for grading.

I'd say it is a solid 8.0 and maybe 8.5. Just has some slight dings, rounded bottom right corner and some stress lines on the top staple. 8.0 for sure.
