Please Grade - Secret Wars 1 Remark

Hey this is my first post. I picked up this book off of ebay a little while ago and was wondering what you thought the grade and value would be. It's a Marvel SuperHeroes Secret Wars #1 which is remarked by Michael Zeck with a sketch of Wolverine and is numbered 31/199 with a COA. Sorry about the scan through the bag but it's sealed on the back with a DF seal. So what do you think?

would that bend on the upper side of the book drop it to a 9.0?

That bend is actually just the lighting on the plastic bag. There is no bend in the comic.

I wish I knew CGC's grading procedure on this (I'm thinking

you might get a Qualifying label). Without seeing the back cover

I'd say you have a 9.4 Qualifying.

9.2 but not sure how the drawing/autograph affects it. Neat to see. I had Zeck sign my original way back when it came out but got rid of it in college.
