I am heeding the lesson I learned from being overly bearish during most of the tech bubble: you gotta get while the getting's still good (just don't overstay your welcome).

 

Agreed.

 

I'm bearish when I think the stock market has topped and bullish again when I think it's bottomed out.

I just like seeing big percentage numbers in green on my online Fidelity fund statement. Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.
