Is this the correct response? Es gehts und Ihnen?

In Belgium everyone said Bon Jour but I was told I had to be more cheerful.

I like most of the Star Spangled run as long as it is reasonable priced.

You got Simon and Kirby Newsboy Legion and Siegel's Star Spangled Kid in the beginning and

Robotman and Robin in the middle and Tomahawk and Ghost Breaker at the end. Some fun.

I almost forgot the Batman covers. These are pretty collectable for Batman fans and Merry was an interesting character too.

SS 78 would have been a more interesting cover if the colorist had not screwed up.

The other Robin should be dark-skinned.

Perhaps the American comic reader in 1948 wasn't ready for a black Robin?

That's a bit formal. The language evolved/devolved into a much more informal set of phrases.

and one more to make a tiny trifecta

yep, I bought something from Mile High  but they kept lowering the price and lowering the price........and I spiralled in.

Sorry I missed that one. I like the Oop issues by Standard. All of the covers look like work by Schomburg but only a few were signed.

When I get back to the good ole US of A, these lovelies will shortly thereafter be in my hands, thanks to the great Moondog!

Some of them fit nicely into my "forgotten keys" collection, others are just plain cool WW II covers and/or just plain cool.
