I couldn't help but notice that, just like in outer space, men are all bundled up while women are in shorts. They're tough! Is this the successor of the publication that Carl Barks got his start in? I guess I could have worse problems .... love this one, jimmy. Thanks Billy boy!! Krazy Kat looks kinda angry here, where on most Popular covers, he doesn't.
