distribution stain effect grade? My X-MEN #94

How much does this stain on the top edge effect grade? Other then that, this is a very nice high grade. I'm thinking of cracking it open.

Looks like an 8.0 to me. There also appears to be an issue at the LRBC (looks like a tear?) Crack away, clean BC and resubmit to a real grading company . . . If that is indeed a tear, you'll never get an 8.0.

Thanks for your advise. No, that isn't a tear on the back cover. Time to crack it!
