Actually, that's what I bought it as from my LCS about three months ago. Between a Fine-VF.

However, lesson learned for any newcomers out there: TAKE THE BOOKS OUT OF THE BAG AND LOOK THEM OVER BEFORE PURCHASING.

The one rule I forgot, came back to burn me. Staple pull at the bottom cover. I don't hold anything against the shop owner, who's a good guy. My fault for not checking the product...
