CGC Turn-around times

Based on experience, when CGC lists 15 or 20 business days as a turn-around, does that mean you will receive it by the 15th or 20th biz day or they will have just finished grading by then?

They've been very good and have a lot more staff on board. As far as I have heard. They are exceeding the time frames and you are generally receiving them back within that time.

There 20 day turnaround is roughly 3 weeks from the time they receive it. Their 40 day is roughly 5-6 weeks from the time they receive it. Its been like this now for over a year

I talked to them on Friday and they are working at the turnaround times listed, but are starting to get swamped from the NYCC subs.
