Help me add pics to my registry!!

Hi...just wondering if anybody can help me add pics to my registry...I understand the "how"to get the pics there, but I am having trouble scanning them properly. I am not very computer literate...I have a CanoScan2400F and as you can see by my attached pic (TTA 59 9.4) I am having difficulties...if there is anyone that can help, please shoot me a PM!! Thanks!!
