Spidey & Goblin Oil Art

Never really been a fan of painted art, I've always loved the actual pen and pencil pages but I seen an auction for a well done Spidey & Green Goblin set done with oil on 10x14 art board. I was really impressed with the muscle definition in Spider-Man more so then Goblin but I figured I might as well get them both. They came today and I must say I'm very pleased

 

 

 

 

 

 

They are dated 2002 and done by a gentleman named Roy Ashman, on ebay as "Wired_to_the_machine"

 

In the last few months this is my second venture away from the typical pencil and ink of O/A as I purchased a huge Catwoman done on canvas with chalk for the girlfriend.

 

 

 

that's now 2 in a row so I might spread out and try some watercolor next and see how I like that.
