Has anyone mentioned Garcia-Lopez? He's not as closely linked to Batman as Adams or Marshall Rogers, and I certainly wouldn't put him at the top of the list. But IIRC he's expressed a fondness for the character in several interviews; and when he does draw Bat-related stuff, it's almost always choice:

He also did the crossover with the Hulk, which was fine work.....
