PGM - Horror Tales Feb-74 Eerie Publication Magazine

Need some feedback from you guys on a couple Eerie Pubs I purchased for my collection from a board member. First up is:

 

Horror Tales Feb-74

 

Really need help on this one. At first look it a super copy, very glossy, probably a 9.0 with the bindery defects at top and bottom of spine. Then I looked at the center of the top edge There's some kind of damage that tore and dog eared the interior pages. The cover and first 6 and last 6 pages are not effected.

 

Could this be a bindery defect? The big question is what would you grade it?

I would think an interior defect like this screams for a Qualified Grade. With the tiny corner crease LRC, I'll say 8.5 Q. Shame about the page nicks...

8.0\8.5 without the interior tear. Surprised people haven’t chimed in on this one - deffo interested in hearing peoples thoughts.
