Please grade this Mystery Men #2!

Thought I'd throw this one up for your opinions. Nice flat book, great eye appeal, clean image & some gloss left. Flaws include piece missing bottom spine, spine & staple wear, chipping LRC & some wear on the back. What sayest thou?
