I have a few books fresh back from CGC

 

First on the list is

 

Dark Tower : The Gunslinger Born # 1

 

CGC SS 9.8 signed by the entire creative team ( no Stephen King Did not sign this)

Superman Batman # 26 CGC SS 9.6 Matched Pair Signed by Art Adams, Ed Mcguiness, Dexter Vines, Tim Sale, Laura martin, Joyce Chin, Scott Williams, brad meltzer, Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Micheal Turner, Peter Steigerwald, Rob Liefeld, Jim Lee, Brian K Vaughan, and Jeph Loeb

 

There are only 2 pairs like this and I own both of them both pairs are 9.6 there are no 9.8's the possibility of getting a 9.8 on a book signed by that many creators is near impossible.
