The not so obvious problem with this book is that there is a wrinkle going through the book (front to back) like it was in a stack of books and someone grabbed it by the bottom and torqued it slightly.

 

In the scans, you can tell a bit of the bending on the back (coming up from the bottom through the top left of the coupon).
