Is the lower right corner missing a piece, or just folded back? We would also need to see a back cover scan. But it's certainly a nice mid-grade from the front.

Is it considered poor form to fold the lower right corner back when placing the book in the bag...as long as it's well attached, why wouldn't you do so and improve the overall appearance (and of course if you were selling the book disclose and point out the crease)...?
