PGM Superboy & LSH #238

I always loved this cover and used to won this book until the mid-80's. Today I bought it at the Motor City Show. The "white" line under Superboy's foot is not a tear. There is a little crease there though.

 

What do you think? My guess was a NM9.2 but I'm not sure what that "crease" would do to it.
