See if he shows up popcorn.gif

Lessons Learned: It's clear that the photo is cropped, small, and clearly isn't the pic of what was given to you. The other negs were another warning. I see you've negged him though... thumbsup2.gif

The only thing that is clear is that the dude doesn't know what NM is . . . tongue.gif

Now THIS . . . is a scream! grin.gif

Sellers response

I contacted Ebay directly and was informed I no longer have to communicate with you about this auction.

An Ebay Representative Paul SM) said if my policy is no returns/refunds, then I may stick to that

policy. This is my last email regarding this. Last question; what did you do; fold up the book, wrinkle

it, tear it, bend it, stain it, write on it? What action did you take so that what was once a very

nice condition book now 'looks' the way you want it to, so you can get your money back?

The seller doesn't have a no return policy stated in his auction.

That response really just rubbed me the wrong way that i had to email the guy myself. Christo_pull_hair.gif This is what i wrote. I also linked the forum.

You are just one horrible seller. Nice to see you made a deal with the devil to flush your reputation down the drain for a lovely tune of $40. If you just politely refunded the money if you unknowingly didn't know how to grade properly. This whole situation could of been avoided. I'd like to see things from your point of view, but I can't seem to get my head that far up your *spoon*.
