I couldn't find much info on this so I wondered if anyone knows the rarity of this item or if anyone else has one. These were the interior pages to Vol 2 of Russ Cochrans slipcases. They were a publishing error so he sent them out to folks who had ordered the book since it was so late. You can almost feel his frustration in the letter he wrote.

 

Anyway, curious on this item as my research came up with nada.

 

BTW, the error was the back page was off by an issue so front issue 7 showed back issue 8 and so forth.
