Hey, thanks for looking at this issue. I have a hard time with these black covers but I am sure you guys will have an easier time. Thanks.

With the gash in the upper right corner, plus the missing tip of the back cover LLC, I'm thinking just slightly lower... 4.5/5.0 range. Presents really well tho!

I was actually on the 5.5/6.0 fence on this one. I don't usually see Silver-Age black covers this sharp and the back cover looks great. I guess I am a little higher than the consensus but I feel pretty comfortable with this being a 5.5.
