Mylar vs. Itoya Portfolio

Which is the better storage option? I thought I'd frame all of my very small collection and hang it up.

 

However, it looks like I will be a little short on wall space, so I will probably end up storing some of it for a fairly long term.

 

What do you think is the best long term storage option? Do you use any one particular method, or do you use either, both (mylars for high end stuff and Itoya for the rest) or is there something else that I'm not considering?
