Early George Perez Art

Found this mag in the $.50 bin. It's from 1983 and reprints a low low print run mag from 1978. It is a space story but what makes it so interesting is that the main character reminds me of either starfire or blackfire. The way the panels lay out reminds me of a Crisis (harbringer) scene. There are other scenes of multiple worlds colliding. All in all it was just really cool to see where Perez got his influence from.

 

Also the inside back cover had an awesome ad from Geppi wanting to document Mile High books Enjoy!

Looks like Frazetta's autograph there by the price. It didn't really look like typical Frezetta art but it did look like his signature.
