Won an auction, now S/H changes - opinions please

well, in theory, the quoted shipping price could have just been for the comics....

the free printer/scanner would only be included if bidding hit a certain point....

one could argue that the auction terms are silent on whether the printer/scanner was included in the $19.99 shipping

what a weird thing to include as a freebie in the auction...
