Should I get my Hulk 181 signed?

Herb Trimpe is going to be signing at the Dallas Comic Con in a couple of weeks. I'm considering having my Hulk 181 signed, but I'm not sure if I'd want to get it signed without a CGC witness and then having it encapsulated. Am I correct in assuming that there will not be a CGC presence at this small show? I've never had anything slabbed, so I'm not too familiar with the SS process either. What do you guys think? Any local CGC witnesses feel like making a special trip for me?

Cool comic to get signed, but if CGC does not approve and you cannot get a witness I would not do it.
