??? on a non paying bidder

I recieved a report from ebay that I had been reported as a nonpaying bidder.Four days later the books from the seller arrived and he left positive feedback. He also said he would report to ebay that I had paid. Is there anyway of checking to see if he did and ebay removed it?

No need to worry unless he filed an FCVR as well as the NPB alert. It just serves as a warning and reminder but not one of your 3 strikes on the way to suspension

I wouldn't know for sure, but I think if you get an FCVR filed against you, you get notified by eBay. I've done it to some buyers of mine after failed commnications, and they have sent some nasty messages, so I guess they found out somehow

This happened to me last year.

I got a bunch of books from a seller (who sold many hundreds of comics that week).

We both left positive feedback and then in about a month I got a non-paying bidder alert.

I contacted him and he said it was a mistake and that he would contact eBay about it.

I never got an message about it being cleared up for 2-3 weeks so I contacted eBay about it and included the email from the seller saying it was his mistake and they removed the NPB thing from my record.
