Not sure who does the art. This book is mainly war comics; Canteen Kate, Leatherneck Jack, a couple stories concerning "Tripoli", and at the back a couple "murder mystery" stories. The front cover is surely misleading with it's "treasure chest of laughs" tagline, only 1 apparent "comic" story.

Maybe this book was made up of remaindered copies of other books?
