Greetings, I bought this lithograph / Poster with the insert from the hard cover, first printing of The Son Of the Demon directly from DC By Bingham, 1987.

 

I have the tube it came with as well. I never seen one before offered on the market place. Anyone know any details ? Print Run ? Value ?
