It's a Good-

 

Correction...it's a 1.8 ...there is no such thing as a present day CGC graded G- ....

 

Note to CGC: even with both grade designations people don't know what the grade is, so how is one grade designation going to be better???.... 893naughty-thumb.gif

I submitted my Atomic Thunderbolt #1 with my free grading certificate. I am not going to sell it and really wanted to do something special since I am collecting all Golden-Age one shots. It is probably one of the best looking 1.8's around as what knocked it down is about a 5 inch spine split but is probably a Fine+ otherwise. But I can see someone slabbing a lower grade comic for more personal and not financial reasons.

They don't hand out Green Labels for a VG or FN book with a missing wrap or clipped coupon, do they? Also coverless books might be submitted for verification. I think that would probably account for a lot of them, since complete POORs are actually pretty tough to come across- naturally, that is, you could created one pretty quick I imagine grin.gif .
