Anyone know the seller of the Adventure #247 CGC 7.5 on eBay?

The listing has a small scan, and when I asked the seller for a larger one, he replied that he doesn't have a working scanner and that CGC sent him the small scan. I replied that CGC always sends me large scans, but he hasn't got back to me.

 

Looks like a nice copy, and the bidding is already up to about GPA level, but man, that's a small scan for a key book.

they'll do a low-res image of your slab prior to shipping if you pay the $3 fee.

Sal is right, you can, for $3, get your books imaged while at CGC. Last 2 books I sent in were scanned and then the image was sent via email.

Actually it's 14% tax (GST 6% + PST 8%) now, GST was lowered 1%. Daryl is undoubtably selling it through The Third Quadrant and, if it's an Ontario buyer, tax is hard to avoid as an ethical vendor.

I have only dealt with Daryl for new issues, except for nice reading copies of X-Men #13 and FF #97 a couple of years back. He's an interesting guy to talk to and is as much of a fan of the comic, sci-fi, fantasy genre as he is a small time shop owner/dealer.
